The 2009 Quality Survey produced a 32% response from the chemical companies and 34% from the ship owners. Levels of satisfaction increased to 99% for chemical companies and 94% for the ship owners.

Comments received from both chemical companies and ship owners will be considered by the CDI-M committees.

CDI Terminals

Both chemical companies and terminal companies returned a 30% response to the 2009 survey. Levels of satisfaction had risen to 93% for chemical companies and fallen slightly to 95% for the terminal companies.
