A new data privacy law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is being introduced on the 25th May 2018. It is relevant to any organisation that has dealings with the data of persons in the European Economic Area (EEA) or persons that undertake business with organisations within Europe.

As a result, CDI has published a new CDI Data Protection Policy to make it easier for you to find out how CDI uses and protects your personal data. The Privacy Policy provides additional information about what we do with your personal data and sets out your rights in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR regulations) including information such as:

• Your increased rights in relation to the information we hold about you
• The legal basis on which we collect data about you, how we collect it and use it
• How long we retain your data

The CDI Data Protection Policy is effective from May 2018 and is available on our web site. It ensures CDI continues to comply with privacy laws and regulations
